The 2017 VW Crossblue SUV is a new release from Volkswagen and is primarily targeted for the USA market. It features a blend of comfort, performance, and off-road capabilities. The Crossblue will see several changes in its interior. It will feature a soft undertone from VW’s choice of cool colors. 2017 VW Crossblue – Modifications in the Engine:
VW has improved both the engine and the power train of the 2017 VW Crossblue. The engine will be a combination of hybrid and diesel. This SUV will come loaded with a 4 cylinder turbo diesel engine with a backing off from two electric motors. The diesel engine is capable of producing 190 HP and 280 lb-ft of torque. On the other hand, the front electric motor will be able to produce 54 HP and 133 lb-ft of torque. On the other hand, the rear motor will be more powerful producing about 114 to 199 horsepower. The engine of the Crossblue will be mated with a 6-speed, DSG dual clutch automatic transmission system. This SUV is capable of reaching the top speed of 127 mph on the highway and can shoot from 0-60 in 7 seconds. Similarly, it has an impressive consumption of 33/37 mpg city/highway and 89 MPGe.

The release date for the Crossblue VW has not been announced yet. However, it is expected to come at the end of 2016 since all plans for mass production are already in place.
